About Me

PRESENTLY,  Janie and Denny live in Roanoke, Virginia like most normal retirees, in a house. We have developed friendships here but mostly close friends and family are scattered from east coast to west coast.  No longer do we have our motorhome, motorcycle or boat but we cherish memories of our past life and treasure remembering memories.  Life is grand! ONCE UPON A TIME… Janie Roberts Davis and her husband, Dennis Davis live what older folks call the "good life!"  They live simply in their motor home and travel for Jane's nursing career as an Interim Director of Nursing for long term care facilities.  Denny is retired and enjoys volunteering in the nursing homes.  When they are not at a job site, they park their house in VA where they enjoy boating, fishing and motorcycle rides. Janie Roberts Davis, RN is available for inspirational and motivational speaking engagements on a variety of subjects including "what motivates you."   She may be consulted for long term care staff education, facility investigations, survey preparation, survey management and post survey plans of correction. Denny Davis enjoys preaching and prayer ministry.  He has a heart for the homeless and finds ways to help those in need. We are proud indeed of our three amazing daughters and our seven grandchildren and our gifts of three great sons (thank you girls for picking them!)
